PURCHASING - QUICKLY, COMFORTABLY AND EASILY
At Spreitzer GmbH & Co. KG you can purchase comfortably via internet 24 hours, 7 days a week – easily from home. Browse through our products’ categories and then click on the specific product you are interested in to get further information about that product. You can also use the box “Search” to find that product immediately. To return to your last page, just use the button “Backwards” from your web browser.
YOUR SHOPPING CART
You will find the button „Into the shopping cart“ at the specific product’s details page. There you can choose the amount of that specific product and then click “Into the shopping cart”, to list your product in your virtual “shopping list”.
After that you can purchase further products and also put these in your “shopping cart” or you can finish your order.
Some of the products we have in different versions: Then you will have to choose the specific version first, e.g. a specific size or colour, before you will put that product into your shopping cart.
COMFORT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US
When using the button “Price in a different currency” international visitors can see how much the specific product costs in their own national currency. But that price is only an approximate value: The exact calculation will be made by the actual daily exchange rate which can vary from the exchange rate shown.
When using the button “On the notepad” you can mark products for your next visit. But therefore the cookies must be activated. When using the button “Show notepad” you can return to your earlier marked products at your next visit.
When using the button “Recommend this product” you can send an email to friends to inform them about this product. Therefore, our shop will open up the email-software and issues a message with a link that the addressee of the email can directly click on.
CHANGE YOUR ORDER
Click on the button “Show shopping cart“ when you want to have a look at your actual order. There you will see a summary of all articles that you have already put into your shopping cart. When you want to change the quantity ordered, just put the new quantity into the box “Quantity ordered”. After that, just click on the button “Actualize amount”. When you want to delete a product from your shopping cart just click on the button “delete” next to the product. To look at the details of the products in your shopping cart just click on the name of the specific product in your shopping cart. When your order is finished, just click on the button “Next”
TYPE OF DISPATCH AND METHOD OF PAYMENT
In the next window you can choose the type of dispatch you will prefer. When forwarding charges will apply, they will be shown here. Just mark your preferred type of dispatch and click on the button “Next”. Then you will see the different methods of payment. You choose the method of payment you will prefer and then click on the button “Next”.
EVERYTHING ALRIGHT?
Thereafter, you will see a summary of your order. Please check once again if everything is alright whether the products and their amounts and the type of dispatch as well as the method of payment are the once you have chosen before. Then you can also see our general terms and conditions. Before you will be able to finish your order you will have to approve to our general terms and conditions. Therefore, you will have to mark the specific check box. After that, just click on the button “Next” to finish your order.
YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Now a window will open up where you can fill in your personal data. This window will be encoded brought forward to us. You can see this from the lock symbol at the lower window edge. Now please fill in your personal data. The mandatory fields are marked with a little star. When you want to fill in a different delivery address, you can also fill in that address in this form. When you want to save your personal data for your next shopping, please activate the function “Save address”. To use this service you will have to activate the cookies within your browser. When all data are completed, you can finally finish your order by clicking on the button “OK”. Shortly after this, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
WRITTEN ORDER
When you have chosen a written order method, the last process of your order will be a little bit different: In this specific case a window will open that shows an order form. Please print this one through using the function “Print” from your web browser. Just fill in this form in a well readable manner and fax or send it via post to us.
YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
Please be very careful when filling in your email address as this address will be used to get in touch with you. Furthermore: Your email address will be your customer number at Spreitzer GmbH & Co. KG that will identify you.
