ALUMESS-Basic is used as an flexible and modular extendable clamping kit on CNC-coordinate measuring machines and at conventional measuring stations.

The aim was to enable easier rebuilding of fixtures during regular changes of the measurement. Especially beginners in the coordinate measuring technique as well as operators in the job order production can profit from this newly, easily and quickly to handle system. ALUMESS-Basic will reduce downtime mainly in the single part measuring of multifarious workpiece variants.

The easy mounting of the elements by low tension bolts and adaptor bolts enables the rebuilding of the fixture on the base plate by using an Allen key within seconds.
>> Modular
Various clamping elements such as spindle vise, chucks as well as prism support hold cube and round workpieces. The needle supports in different sizes act as universal workpiece support for free-form parts.
>> Compatible
The ALUMESS-Basic components can be easily combined with the ALUMESS clamping and palletizing system, if required. This gives the operator numerous different mounting possibilities.
