Concentricity gages
These types of concentricity gages known as “Rundlaufprüfgeräte” are used as a concentricity testing apparatus for testing the coaxility of two or several diameters of turned parts. The type RPG, the workpiece is rolled up between three rolls. The concentric running exactness of the work piece is 0.002mm. The robust construction with precision rolling bearings of the supporting roll increases the longevity of the concentricity gage. The gages are available in a range of various sizes and designs to fit diameters from 0.8 to 240 mm.

Concentricity gages RPG Mini
The concentricity gage type RPG mini is especially suitable for the use on measuring projectors, optical coordinates measuring instruments as well as contour measuring instruments due to its compact design. Due to its small disturbance range the optimal accessibility to the work piece will be achieved.

Concentricity gages RPG AL
These types of gages are especially designed for the measurement of single parts. The articulated gauging arm with head piece for the dial test indicator push-button or the depth dial gauge respectively serves as an universal holder for gauging instruments. One swivelling arm with leading column for serial testing is optionally obtainable.

Concentricity gages RPG
These types of gages are specially designed for tests in the series production. Two swivelling measuring arms are provided for the external gauging, one measuring slide is provided for the internal gauging of the turned parts. The swivelling in and out the measuring holder against positive stops prevents repeated adjustments of the measuring instrument at the work piece.

Concentricity gages RPGP
The concentricity gage RPGP can be used for checking the concentricity of round workpieces with a diameter up to 26 mm. The two V-blocks with carbide surface, the pressing unit and the articulated arm with holder for gauging instruments are variable movable on the base plate. One of the V-blocks is height adjustable. An universal use with different geometries of the workpiece is possible.
Concentricity gages RPGR
The concentricity gage RPGR can be used for checking the concentricity of round workpieces with a diameter up to 240 mm. The two roller wheels are variable movable on the base plate. One of the roller wheels is height adjustable.
Concentricity gages RPGS

Precision rotary unit PDE
With the use of the rotary unit cylindrical workpieces with a diameter up to 100 mm can be rotated with high accuracy. The mounting can be done in horizontal or vertical position on the optional base plate.
Probes, indicating instruments and software
For the measuring data logging and processing electronic sensors, indicating instruments and plotting units from various manufacturers can be connected. The product ranges from simple digital indication to indicating columns as well as up to complex SPC-computer.
With an efficient SPC-software a graphical display and a statistical evaluation of the measuring data on computer basis can be made. At the push of a button, histograms, probability networks as well as process indices can be shown.
Punch grinders RSG
The basic structure of the punch grinders of the type RSG is conform to the concentricity gages. They are used on flat as well as tool sharpening machines. Punching dies, ejector pins, stop pins, extraction dies and short step drills can be ground in a cylindrical or any other form. The work piece will be rolled up between three centerless rolls. Thereby the concentricity will be 0.002 mm. The robust construction with prestressed rolling bearing of the supporting roll is constructed for longevity. For the length limit variable stops will be set up.
